LWA has installed in excess of 50 digital systems.  We enjoy a 100% satisfaction with the Fuji CR systems we have installed and are happy to forward our installed customer base upon request.  Below are a few typical comments. 

I am writing this note to let you know that our purchase of a Fuji CR digital imaging system was the single best investment we have made in our practice.  It is an awesome unit and you guys (Ed Kline) did a great job setting it up.  To date we have had exactly zero problems, the performance has been outstanding.  Our techs think I am a hero for buying it because it is so much easier and faster than auto processors.  The docs love it and it makes us much better vets because our radiograph quality increased immeasurably.  I have advised many friends of the beauty and simplicity of the system and the ones who have taken the plunge feel the same.  I spent a significant amount of time researching and asking questions about the different systems and brands (DR vs CR vs CCD etc) and beyond a shadow of a doubt for our size practice we made the right decision.  I did not change my xray prices to pay for it but still feel like it easily paying for itself in time savings and increased diagnostic ability. We send our rads out electronically for review and the radiology service thinks we have the best images (even compared to DR systems).  If any one has questions about the system or is interested please have them give me a call.

To whom it May Concern...

We had our Fuji XC-2 digital x-ray system installed by Les Wilkins this January. Ed Kline who does tech support did an excellent job of installing the system, training the staff, and is only a phone call away when we have any questions. I have utilized Les Wilkins since I opened my practice in 1985. They have always been very helpful and stood behind everything I purchased from them. Dear Roy:....things are running well with the Fuji System.  The traveling surgeon we work with was very skeptical about our conversion to Fuji digital.  He has had problems manipulating the images he received on CD on other systems and has been unable to view images in surgery.  However, he is very happy with the Fuji system as we have it set up.  He can manipulate the images with no problems and he loves our cloned monitor in surgery!  I made sure to tell him I bought it from Les Wilkins and hope you get some referrals.  Thank you for your help.  Rhonda Snyder, DVM, Mountain View Veterinary Hospital, Lacey, WA.  2/09

Dear Roy> I wanted to email you and thank you for your prompt and courteous service that we received today! It was a bit of a stressful situation> for me as I am about to take maternity leave- imagine my concern when our always reliable Summit radiograph machine suddenly seemed to be having problems...the bulb was out and only every other radiograph was developing! You guys were great to come out within one day of our calling, replaced our bulb for us, and educated us that it was operator error with the foot peddle- whew! All at no charge! To Whom it May Concern...Animal Critical Care & Emergency Services (ACCES) has worked with Les Wilkins & Assoc.
